Cyclone Alfred has been the biggest post-disaster power restoration in Queensland's and Northern NSW history, impacting supply to nearly a quarter of a million homes and businesses.

As proud partners of Energex, Essential Energy, and Ergon Energy, TEN celebrates the efforts of more than 2,000 frontline workers who worked safely and tirelessly to restore power to Northern NSW and Queensland communities. 

We commend the extraordinary efforts in repairing and rebuilding more than 135 km of the network over 11 days and nights.
