Most Valuable Employee of the Year We are happy to announce TEN’s Most Valuable Employee of 21/22FY is Emad Nassrallah. Although Emad has only been with TEN 20 months, he has definitely made his mark in the Brisbane Warehouse. Showing great pride in the area he works in we have seen an increased level in cleanliness, clear part number and aisle labelling, and not to mention supervising one of the most thorough and timely stocktakes completed at TEN. Earlier this year Emad visited the Perth branch to put together a plan to mirror the great work he has done in Brisbane and implement it there. His input was well received and the progress and improvements implemented have already made a positive impact with the Perth warehouse now humming along nicely. Emad has since taken on the management of the Perth warehouse and with his leadership, we see this as another great opportunity to align our warehouse operations. An indication of a true leader is digging in where necessary to make the workplace a great place to work, and even if that means pushing around a broom, nothing is beneath Emad to getting the job done. A very dedicated employee who is truly valued by all his peers and is genuinely a good bloke! From everyone at TEN, Congratulations Emad!
