2019-2020 Employee of the Year22 Dec, 2020 While looking back on our achievements from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020, it goes without saying that the onset of COVID-19 in early 2020 has produced many challenges and changes in which our team has needed to adapt to ensure we can continually provide our customers with the same high level of service they are used to. While understanding it has been a testing year for every Australian though, with extraordinary circumstances also comes an empowering resilience and fortitude to overcome difficulties and succeed in most trying conditions and we are proud to acknowledge that the talent has shone brightly here at TEN. Each year, TEN’s management and employees vote for the most valuable employee of the year. The four categories being Management, Sales, Administration and Operations. One of the category winners will then be voted as the overall Employee of the Year. Presided over by Colin Paroz, the category winners for 19/20FY are: Sales: Greg Witty It can be said that each of these wonderful employees brings their very own unique skill sets, enthusiasm and dedication to their work at TEN. This year has proven to also demonstrate how important it is in being part of a team and supporting the goals of the company. Congratulations to all our winners this year! Most Valuable Employee of the Year We are happy to announce TEN’s Most Valuable Employee of the Year 19/20FY winner was to an employee who has been with the company for less than 2 years but has demonstrated his exceptional talent for organisational skill, people management, dedication to the company and an exceptional ability to rise above every challenge. Never afraid to roll up the sleeves to get the job done! Corey Scott, Managing Director, said “David Beales has accomplished an extraordinary list of achievements in his short time with TEN and wholly deserves the award for the most Valuable Employee of the year. David brings a broad portfolio of attributes to the TEN business. He is a powerhouse of organisational skills which has helped TEN become a standout distributor to the energy industry”. David as always remains modest in his moment, thanking all those who support his objectives. He said “This award belongs to everyone. Without the support of hard working, dedicated, and intelligent team members, logistics and operations would not share the success stories we do. I thank everyone for supporting me and the ultimate goals of the business along with the challenges we have faced in such a year of unpredictable turbulence”.
