1000 Trainee Milestone
14 Feb, 2019
It has been a year of celebrations for TEN. Having recently celebrated its 20th year, our attention now turns to celebrating our 1000th trainee for Tesmec machinery.
Nick Duggan was one of a number of trainees from Novo Rail and Laing O’Rourke attending the training at West Ryde where the day involved a comprehensive theoretical and practical training schedule based on the Tesmec ARS403 Hydraulic Puller.
Commenting for TEN, Jeff Gregory, TEN’s Training and Field Technician says “This is a milestone in our training schedule and we are delighted to have the Novo Rail and Laing O’Rourke engineers here.”
Novo Rail has been a long-standing client of TEN Group for the supply of machinery and training to ensure the smooth delivery of construction services to the rail network.
TEN’s training involves both theoretical and practical assessment and verification of operator competency for specific machines. Our programs provide trainees a thorough overview of how to operate the machinery safely and efficiently. We have designed our training to meet the needs of the industry, with constant feedback and development in the training program.
Corey Scott, TEN Group Managing Director, says “A big thanks to all our valued clients who we work so closely with on their project delivery, and thanks to Jeff and the team for their ongoing efforts to improve and refine the training programs. It’s great to reach this milestone and now we work towards training the next 1000 operators on Tesmec machines.”
